Who Am I?

insraq

Hello, I am insraq, the owner of hi,insraq!

Born in Qingdao(a beautiful coastal city) and I'm now pursue my bachelor degree in The Chinese University of Hong Kong. I love web design: XHTML, CSS, Javascript; I also like user interface and user experience research.

Over the years, I am devoted to open source communities. Being a support team member and designer of XOOPS China for many years, I designed the current theme for XOOPS China (known as Inspire 2). I was awarded XOOPS Innovation Award because of this. I initiated the Inspire Project, which aims to provide high quality and creative theme for XOOPS community.

Where Am I?

I am currently living in Hong Kong. But I occasionally go back to Qingdao for holidays.

The easiest way to contact me is by email. Whether you would like to propose a project or you simply have some inquiries, you are more than welcome to email me. I speak Chinese Mandarin and English. As to Cantonese, I'm able to understand but I'm not an excellent speaker.

Open Source Dedication

I like the spirit of open source. That's why for many years I devote myself to open source projects. If you do have an open source and need some designer's advice or service, I would love to help. Simply fill in the project form and write "open source" in the "Budget" blank.

If you want to find more open source resources on this website, please go to Lab section.

Design Projects

I am currently not available for full time job. But I am able to take up some short-term design projects. I like to work with developers, UI/UE researchers and other designers. On the other hand, I can also build up a whole website from scratch on my own.

I like teaching and writing. I volunteered to teach web design and prepare related materials for beginners.
