The website of Kiteboarding Hong Kong Association (KHKA) is powered by XOOPS. The main language is Chinese. The website includes news, album, forum and article modules.

The design is in light but lively color. Although the layout is traditional, the use of JQuery makes the homepage fashionable. Technically, the website applies “block recall” (or “block anywhere”) of XOOPS to create a more flexible homepage instead of using the default XOOPS block system.
